The seventh edition of the Billionaire Fashion Brunch took place in Malindi on September 7, where premium tequila brand Casamigos joined forces with event organizers to create a celebration of African fashion and luxury hospitality.
The event featured nine designers from across East Africa and brought together fashion lovers, celebrities and international visitors for an afternoon of style, culture and premium dining.

Casamigos elevated the experience with expertly crafted cocktails served throughout the event. The brand’s presence went beyond sponsorship, with their mixologists creating bespoke drinks that complemented the luxury atmosphere and reinforced the tequila’s reputation for quality.
“At Casamigos, our purpose is to bring people together and this partnership truly embodies that,” said Victoria Mbugua, Brand Manager for Casamigos. “Seeing our tequila at the centre of conversations connecting fashion, culture and community shows our ‘House of Friends’ philosophy in action. It’s a perfect reflection of how we love to create shared, meaningful moments.”

The designer line-up included standout brands such as Noortribe, Buku Leather, Vicky Ngari and Tamalaki Africa. Their collections emphasized the “Made in Africa” philosophy.
“Now in its seventh edition, the Billionaire Fashion Brunch seeks to engage local African designers with an international audience, bridging the gap between sustainable, ethical fashion and the world. This year, through our partnership with Casamigos, we reinforced the brunch as not only a fashion showcase but a luxurious lifestyle experience blending culture and world class hospitality,” said event curator Belinda Atieno.
The partnership between Casamigos and the Billionaire Fashion Brunch demonstrates how luxury brands can meaningfully support creative industries. Casamigos helped establish the event as a premier destination for fashion lovers seeking authentic African design experiences.
